I can submit documents prepared for application on behalf of you. This is another type of administrative filling for which you should prepare documents yourself.

• You should prepare all documents by yourself.
  • I will assist you by paid consultation.
  • You can also use "application support" or "document preparation" service.
• This service will be helpful when you are reluctant to go to the immigration office or you are concerned about delay of submission due to the mandatory reservation.
• I will absolutely check your ID and application documents before submitting them. If you reject, I won't help you.
• If you are not an applicant or family member, I won't help you.
• Government stamp fees are included.
• The criteria for the fees are as below.
  • Fees for consultation, courier, etc.: 50,000 won
• Government stamp fees for filing the application and ID card

• Application for visa eligibility certificate: 50,000 won
• Application for change of visa type & foreigner registration
  • Non-F5: 190,000 won
  • F5: 290,000 won
• Application for grant of visa status & foreigner registration
  • Non-F6: 170,000 won
  • F6: 130,000 won
• Application for extension of period: 110,000 won *D-3, D-8, E-7, F-1 (partially), F-2, F-6 only whereas other visa types are available for online application.
• Application for permit for activities not covered: 170,000 won
• Submission for permission of workplace change: 220,000 won
• Report of workplace change: 100,000 won

• Seoul immigration office covered area: 120,000 won
• Incheon immigration office covered area: 100,000 won
• Suwon immigration office covered area: 80,000 won
• Ansan immigration office covered area: 40,000 won

Process after payment

• After payment, you should send me the copy of documents by email or other methods. After review, you should send me passport, residence card and documents by courier with prepaid. (택배 선불)
  • The post office registered mail (등기우편) is not allowed because your parcel may be returned or discarded due to the absence of recipient. The post office courier (우체국 소포) is allowed.
• Your passport and original documents will be delivered by courier.

Return and settlement policy

• You and I can cancel this contract before I submit documents to the immigration office. And the fees will be returned but 33,000 ~ 37,000 won will be deducted if documents check is provided.
• In case your application fails, the fees are not settled. However, the ID card fees (35,000 won) will be returned when it comes to the visa change and visa status grant application.
