I will file the application related to visa and status of stay on your behalf.

• You should prepare some documents like a certificate of degree, foreign documents, documents from your employer etc.
• If you should prepare most of the required documents, it is recommended to use "documents submission" service instead.
• Apostille, consular attestation, translation and notary fees are separate.
• The procedure of the apostille / consular legalization, translation and notarization application are not covered by the registered immigration specialists so you should prepare these yourself but I can assist you. E.g., I will introduce local agencies or explain to you how to prepare them.
• The fees include the government stamp fees.
• The criteria for the fees are as below.
  • Fees for consultation, courier, etc.: 120,000 won
  • Document preparation fees: 60,000 won However, 20,000 won per document will added starting from 6th document.
  • Government stamp fees for filing the application and ID card
  • Travel fees

• Application for change of visa type & foreigner registration
  • Non-F5: 320,000 won
  • F5: 420,000 won
• Application for grant of visa status & foreigner registration
  • Non-F6: 300,000 won
  • F6: 260,000 won
• Application for extension of period: 360,000 won *D-3, D-8, E-7, F-1 (partially), F-2, F-6 only whereas other visa types will be represented through the online process.
  • Non-F6: 240,000 won
  • F6: 210,000 won
• Application for permit for activities not covered: 300,000 won

Coverage & travel fees

• Seoul immigration office covered area: 120,000 won
• Incheon immigration office covered area: 100,000 won
• Suwon immigration office covered area: 80,000 won
• Ansan immigration office covered area: 40,000 won

Process after payment

• After payment, you should send me passport, residence card, etc. by the courier with prepaid. (택배 선불)
  • The post office registered mail (등기우편) is not allowed because your parcel may be returned or discarded due to the absence of recipient. The post office courier (우체국 소포) is allowed.
• Your passport and original documents will be delivered by the courier.

Settlement policy

• In case of the contract termination due to the negligence, inevitable reason, I will return the fees and documents which I received. However, certain fees which I have already paid to the 3rd party to proceed the authorized task won't be returned. The courier fees for return are on you.
• In case your application fails, a certain amount of fees are settled based on follow-up consultations and ID card fees.
  • Application for visa change and grant of visa status: 130,000원 (Seoul), 120,000원 (Incheon), 110,000원 (Suwon), 90,000원 (Ansan)
  • Application for visa eligibility certificate, extension of period, permit for activities not covered: 95,000원 (Seoul), 85,000원 (Incheon), 75,000원 (Suwon), 55,000원(Ansan)
